Responsibilities

Lead solution design and development of a research agent using Microsoft Graph, Graph Connectors, and Copilot extensibility
Architect data ingestion pipelines to pull Pitchbook datasets into Microsoft Graph for downstream use in research workflows
Collaborate with business analysts to capture user requirements, research workflows, and banking domain needs
Prototype, test, and deliver customized Copilot experiences that provide flexible and insightful company research outputs
Engage with executives and stakeholders in the banking/research domain to present progress, manage expectations, and align outcomes with business goals
Guide a small cross-functional team (engineers, BA, and product/solution stakeholders) to deliver quick iterations with high impact

Required

Strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem
Microsoft Graph & Graph Connectors
Microsoft Copilot extensibility model (plugins, skills, Graph APIs)
Azure services for data integration (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, etc.)
Hands-on experience integrating third-party data sources (e.g., Pitchbook) into enterprise knowledge platforms
Solid engineering background: proficiency in C#/.NET and/or Python with Azure SDKs
Experience in solution architecture: data flow design, security, compliance, performance optimization
Familiarity with Copilot for M365, Copilot Studio and enterprise research scenarios
Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to interface with senior executives
Exposure to financial research / banking domain is highly desirable
Understanding of RAG, tool-calling, multi-turn planning, and memory management patterns
Strong understanding of workflow governance, API security, and role-based access control
