Telecom Interconnection & Regulatory Program Manager
Scalence L.L.C. is looking for a Telecom Interconnection & Regulatory Program Manager. The role involves facilitating negotiations for interconnection agreements and managing related activities to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities
Interconnection Negotiation and Copper Facility Decommissioning Specialist
The Interconnection Agreement Negotiator will facilitate negotiations and manage activities related to interconnection agreements, including co-managing the Change of Law and amendment project to implement the FCC’s recent order pertaining to 911
Lead and support negotiations for interconnection and related telecom agreements
Manage increased contract activity related to T911 offers and the decommissioning of commercial UNE contracts
Validate secretary of state license and Public Service Commission certifications match the contract
Document all communication about contract negotiations
Complete database forms and submit required documentation to Contract Management for contract production, processing, and execution
Prepare and file regulatory agreements and amendments
Collaborate with stakeholders to align agreements with regulatory compliance and business objectives
Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Section 251 of the Telecom Act, including interconnection, UNEs, resale, number portability, and 911
Experience with telecom interconnection agreements, regulatory compliance, and network operations
Excellent communication and documentation abilities Project management experience in telecom or related industries preferred
Familiarity with general terms and conditions in contracts and complex contract construction
Ability to interpret and apply regulatory and contractual requirements
