Responsibilities

Source and curate high-quality products for live auctions based on market trends and customer demand

Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare product lists for upcoming streams

Upload inventory lists and product details into the WhatNot platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance with platform guidelines

Host engaging 2-hour live auctions across multiple platforms (including, but not limited to, WhatNot) with enthusiasm and professionalism

Represent the brand with authenticity and energy, creating a positive and interactive experience for viewers

Utilize storytelling and strong product knowledge to maximize customer interest and bidding activity

Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions during and after live streams

Provide excellent customer service to build trust and loyalty within the online community

Maintain a professional, respectful, and positive presence in all audience interactions
