Responsibilities

Lead and manage procurement, production planning, shipping, receiving, and customer service operations
Develop and execute supply chain strategy aligned with company goals
Establish KPIs and track performance using data and analytics
Collaborate closely with plant operations, finance, and senior leadership
Improve supplier management, order fulfillment, and inventory processes
Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
Build, develop, and lead a high-performing supply chain team
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
Ensure product traceability and compliance with regulatory standards
Make strategic decisions to support profitability and growth

Required

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Minimum 10 years of supply chain leadership experience
Strong knowledge of global supply chain operations (ground, air, ocean, parcel)
Solid financial and business acumen (P&L, inventory, costs, margins)
Proven experience leading large-scale projects and process improvements
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of FDA, USDA, SQF, CFIA, and industry regulations

Preferred

Bilingual Spanish is a plus
