Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements by working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts
Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams and ensure alignment with project goals
Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure clear understanding and delivery of solutions
Conduct gap analysis and process improvement assessments to identify opportunities for operational efficiency
Support testing and validation efforts, including creating test cases and assisting with user acceptance testing (UAT)
Prepare documentation and reports, including business cases, workflows, and user manuals for stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role
Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive process improvements and deliver business solutions
