Manage county user PATH Client accounts (e.g., sub-roles, Power BI roles, PATH Client security roles, and supervisor assignments)
Create and maintain the Directory of Services, District Attorney office contacts, school directories, and zone details
Develop and maintain Knowledge Articles within the Knowledge Management Database (KMDB) using ServiceNow
