Yellow Bloom Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. The role involves supporting the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions by gathering and translating business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, CMDB, and related modules
Analyze current-state business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend optimized workflows leveraging ServiceNow best practices
Partner with ServiceNow developers, architects, and implementation teams to design solutions aligned with business objectives and ITIL standards
Create comprehensive user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations
Assist with ServiceNow configuration activities including workflows, business rules, forms, reports, dashboards, and data models
Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business requirements prior to deployment
Maintain consistent communication with business users and technical teams to align on scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables
Identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement across ServiceNow processes based on performance metrics and stakeholder feedback
Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption of new or enhanced ServiceNow functionality
Support ServiceNow upgrades and enhancements through effective change management, communication, and readiness planning

Required

5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst
At least 3 years focused on ServiceNow implementations and process automation
Strong hands-on knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and CMDB
Proven ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Proficiency in creating user stories, workflows, and process documentation
Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Knowledge of ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP) and data management
Experience with CSM features including Case Management, Customer Portals, Knowledge Management, Omnichannel Engagement, and Virtual Agent
Familiarity with Flow Designer, Performance Analytics, and Virtual Agent
Experience supporting data migration and integration projects
Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and their integration with ServiceNow
