Responsibilities
Drive infrastructure automation and deployment practices across environments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable and resilient infrastructure
Lead and implement methodical infrastructure changes following industry-standard change management protocols
Provide technical leadership and mentorship in a large enterprise setting
Ensure compliance with internal processes to minimize risk to the environment
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, proxies, and load balancers
Proficient in version and revision control practices and procedures
Familiarity with operating systems, database servers, and datacenter architectures
Knowledge of infrastructure disciplines such as: Hardware, Networking terminology, Deployment practices, Integration and automation, Scaling and resiliency
Hands-on experience in software development using: Python, Ansible, Terraform, JSON
Good understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), REST APIs, and container-based deployments
Experience with change management processes in high-risk environments
Solid grasp of IP addressing and network protocols
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
Proven ability to collaborate across roles and levels to achieve common goals
Demonstrated leadership in enterprise environments
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
Preferred
Certifications in DevOps, Networking, or Cloud Infrastructure are preferred
