IBM MQ Administrator

Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an IBM MQ Administrator to manage and maintain IBM MQ environments. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting IBM MQ, as well as managing Queue Managers and ensuring system reliability.

Responsibilities

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Hands-on experience in installing and uninstalling MQ 9.0 and above in Linux
Expertise in upgrading and downgrading Queue Managers in Linux
Hands-on experience in IBM MQ cluster management
Strong knowledge of Queue Management and MQ Dead Letter Queue issues
Proficiency in troubleshooting incidents in MQ environments
Experience in recovering MQ damaged objects and default objects
Knowledge of Channel Triggering and Application Triggering

Remote administration of Queue Managers through MQ Explorer
Skills in taking backups of Queue Managers with scripts
Experience in applying security to MQ Objects and Queue Managers
Knowledge of implementing SSL among MQ Channels
Proficiency in installing the MQ Series fix packs and support packs on Windows/Linux machines
Ability to analyze MQ Level Logs and perform strong debugging and problem-solving
Experience in configuring and implementing Distributed Queuing on Client/Server architectures
