Responsibilities
Own creative strategy with YouTube first, Instagram in support
Make frameworks for hooks, angles, and structures that repeat and scale
Translate real audience psychology and funnel data into video concepts
Align creative with product/offer logic and awareness stage
Break down performance at the creative level, hook, pacing, messaging, visuals
Identify patterns behind winners and turn them into repeatable playbooks
Track what’s popping on YouTube & Instagram: formats, behaviors, shifts
Spot cultural or trend cues early and turn them into angles that convert
Write clear performance briefs: hooks, scripts, angle logic, structure
Ensure creative actually aligns
Work tight with editors to move fast without diluting quality
Keep creative output consistent and accountable
Lead creatives with a performance-first mindset, no ego
Critique assets with data, not vibe checks
Push the bar on quality while keeping speed up
Handle multiple creative projects from idea through performance teardown
Sync with Ops, Growth, and Product without blocking execution
Qualification
Required
5+ years in performance creative or direct-response ads
Hands-on experience with YouTube
You lead without ego and enforce standards without slowing things down
You think in systems: hooks → creative logic → tests → scale
Data drives your decisions; opinions don't count without evidence
