The role involves supporting loan processing, documentation, and compliance, as well as recognizing opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services.

Responsibilities
Handle customer needs and inquiries by providing accurate, efficient and confidential customer service
Administrative support to the lenders in the setup and servicing of loans
Support lenders with the loan processing, documentation and compliance in accordance with bank policy and regulatory requirements
Participate in available training to strengthen job knowledge
Demonstrate dependability and flexibility in performing duties
Fulfill business goals through participation in bank and community activities
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Professional and strong oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented and ability to multi-task are essential
Strong computer skills
Must be available between 8:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Monday - Friday
Saturday rotation - 8:30 a.m. - Noon
