Lead Customer Service Representative

The Lead Customer Service Representative provides exceptional customer service, overseeing the move-in process, supporting the front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities
Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community
Take the lead in the day-to-day administration of the move-in and welcome process
Provide additional support to the Hospitality Services Director to ensure a smooth operation at the front desk
Assist residents with requests as needed
Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
Audit records and files
Qualification
Required
Bring a smile to work every day
Be a great team player
High school graduate
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
One to three years of senior living, customer service, or related experience preferred
Experience with a high-volume phone call work environment preferred
