Strong Communication, Decision-making, and Negotiation skills
Experience in managing teams remotely and fostering collaboration across departments
A commitment to achieving measurable results in alignment with organizational goals

Preferred

Advanced degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in a similar leadership role is highly desirable
Knowledge of the industry the company operates in is an added advantage
