Responsibilities
Calling qualified prospects already in our CRM or sourcing your own leads
Running booked and self-scheduled meetings via Zoom (as needed)
Conducting structured discovery conversations
Presenting services, pricing, and territory options
Handling objections with confidence
Negotiating and finalizing agreements
Handing off closed deals to onboarding and fulfillment
Managing and updating pipeline stages in HubSpot
Calling unworked and follow-up leads in the queue
Collaborating with Setters and Researchers to increase show-up rates
Reporting weekly numbers and deal progress
Qualification
Required
Proven experience closing warm B2B leads
Strong phone presence and comfort calling prospects directly
Excellent discovery skills and active listening
Ability to control the call without sounding pushy
Confidence running full discovery → offer → objection → close
Organized, reliable, and process-driven with strong CRM discipline
Data-focused mindset (show-up rate, close rate, revenue tracked)
Ability to commit to consistent weekly availability
Preferred
Experience selling to home service companies
HubSpot or similar CRM familiarity
Prior remote sales or BDR roles
Understanding of property management relationships
