Supporting end users both over the phone and in person
PC maintenance & asset tracking
Log bugs and enhancement requests
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
Resolve technical issues in a timely manner using available resources within the company

Required

Excellent customer service skills
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Previous working experience in IT support for at least 3 years
In depth knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office, Exchange/Outlook
A+ certification is required
Ability to lift 40lbs, and carry 25lbs in short distances
