Design and implement components of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program
Identify improvements and automate existing manual processes
Preparing and presenting audit reporting
Troubleshooting
Monitor health and welfare

Required

Strong experience (5+ years) automating processes via scripting or coding, including interacting with APIs (e.g. PowerShell, Python, .Net, Java)
Strong experience (3+ years) designing and implementing components of an IGA or PAM program
Strong experience (3+ years) working with core infrastructure technologies (e.g. Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server, networking)
Ability to write SQL queries
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Motivated, energetic, and self-driven (e.g. time management, organizational skills, identifying tasks)
Strong analytical skills, problem solving, and conceptual thinker
Bachelors' degree in related fields and/or equivalent work experience equally preferable

Preferred

Worked with a ticketing system (e.g. ServiceNow)
Use Jira to track and Confluence to document work
