Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and automate workflows using Deluge scripting across relevant Zoho applications
Build and manage integrations using Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, and external APIs
Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho apps such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and other Zoho Finance/Business Suite tools
Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient, scalable Zoho solutions
Perform system enhancements, debugging, and troubleshooting for new and existing developments
Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Zoho applications and third-party platforms
Provide ongoing technical support, rectifications, and updates based on evolving client requirements
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, timely Zoho implementations

Required

Proven experience working with Deluge script and the Zoho development environment
Strong understanding of Zoho Flow, Zoho Creator, and API integration methodologies
Working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, and related modules
Experience in developing custom functions, workflows, blueprints, and automation within Zoho
Ability to analyze problems, debug issues, and implement effective solutions
Strong attention to detail, structured documentation skills, and a commitment to long-term support
Ability to work independently and manage multiple development tasks
