Serve guest needs by the Kitchen by organizing food orders in the window to give to Food Runner
Ensure accuracy of orders, with strong attention to allergies and special requests, effectively communicate with pool servers and kitchen team

Required

High School or equivalent experience
Minimum six months food & beverage service or related work
Ability to carry and balance a tray
Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers
Ability to interact with guest and maintain a well-organized workspace
Customer service oriented, attention to detail, able to maintain professionalism and composure in high-paced, high-volume environment
Must be able to provide guest recognition and remember guest preferences
Hawaii Food Handler's Card / ServSafe (within 3 months)
Tuberculosis Clearance
