Account Manager
Elemet Group provides solutions to solve our customers’ manufacturing and fabrication challenges. The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing strategic Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accounts, focusing on building long-term relationships with key customers and ensuring seamless delivery of products and services.

Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with assigned OEM accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all business matters
Identify customer needs, challenges, and opportunities to align manufacturing capabilities with customer requirements
Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, production, quality, etc.) to meet customer expectations and resolve issues
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and budgets for assigned accounts; develop action plans to meet or exceed targets
Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
Ensure timely and accurate order processing, delivery schedules, and after-sales support
Provide accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and competitive insights to leadership
Lead customer satisfaction initiatives by: Distributing and monitoring customer surveys, Managing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) process for assigned accounts, Analyzing feedback to identify trends and areas of improvement, Partnering with internal teams to address issues and implement corrective actions
Work closely with engineering, production and sales to support new product introductions
Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities
Assist/support the Sales department with additional duties as necessary
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5+ years of account management or sales experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Proven track record of managing OEM accounts and achieving sales growth
Ability to build strong customer relationships and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and product lifecycle management
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally
Strong business acumen and ability to understand technical concepts
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and company locations as needed (10-25%)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Lift document storage boxes up to 25 lbs. occasionally
Ability to stand for up to 10 hours
Excellent hand/eye coordination
Demonstrated ability to effectively use power tools
Good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina
Consistently wear personal protective equipment
Sitting for extended periods of time
Regular use of telephone and email for communication
Ability to walk short distances
