Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Showroom Reception/Customer Coordinator to assist customers on the showroom floor. The role involves directing customers, answering questions, and performing administrative tasks to support showroom sales consultants.

Responsibilities
The Showroom Customer Coordinator will assist customers on the showroom floor
Direct them to the appropriate area, offering a beverage, answering generalized questions, and providing a tour of the showroom when necessary
Strive to increase knowledge of entire product offering
Work hand-in-hand with Showroom Sales consultants by performing the administrative functions that ensure our customer’s needs are being met
Updating quotes and Specbooks, follow up on PO’s, get order status updates, etc
Updating customer contacts, coordinate deliveries with the warehouse, and answer sales calls for general information
Qualification
Required
2 years minimum of prior customer service experience preferred
A successful associate will be results oriented, able to meet goals, build relationships, and work well in a team environment
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
Cheerful personality for phone/in-person sales
Ambition to succeed
General digital literacy
Self-Motivator
Ability to multi-task
Passion, courtesy and articulation
Ability to learn quickly
