AWC is a wellness center seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly
Answer multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, filing systems, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email with friendly professionalism
Perform clerical duties including typing, photocopying, and organizing documents to ensure smooth office operations

Required

Dynamic and friendly personality
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications

Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries courteously and efficiently
Knowledge of front desk procedures, data entry accuracy, and filing systems
Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks in a busy setting
