Qualification
Required
Minimum of 1 year of experience in patent prosecution
USPTO admission required
Degree in physics, electrical engineering, computer science, or similar technical field
Strong academic background with excellent writing and analytical skills
Admission to practice law in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Preferred
Advanced degree and/or relevant industry experience preferred
