Manage cases independently from inception through resolution or trial
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and trials
Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators on complex cases
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel effectively and professionally
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
Demonstrated ability to handle files independently
Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
Preferred
Active license in Missouri and Kansas (strongly preferred)
Client-facing experience preferred
