Modeler – Journeyman
ThinkTek LLC is a fast-growing Certified SBA 8(a) and Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business specializing in management and technology consulting services for the Federal Government. The Modeler - Journeyman will support federal IT projects by creating process maps and system models, capturing requirements, and ensuring solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
Gather business requirements from stakeholders and product owners in support of enterprise strategic initiatives
Identify and recommend future business capabilities and performance measures to drive improvement
Create detailed current and future state business process maps using Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN 2.0)
Identify and document business process data element inputs and outputs and maintain data dictionaries to facilitate software development efforts
Create requirements traceability matrix to ensure alignment between desired business capabilities, processes, and requirements
Develop capability implementation plans, including cost-benefit analysis, work breakdown structures, schedules, and recommended actions to enable transformation
Qualification
Required
Active DoD Secret Clearance (minimum)
4+ years of combined experience as a Business Process Analyst
Demonstrated experience creating and documenting process maps, functional and technical requirements, and user stories in a live or virtual workshop environment
Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Visio (or other process mapping tools), Microsoft Project, and JIRA
Familiarity with Agile development frameworks
Strong communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
Experience facilitating workshops, conducting stakeholder briefings, and triage meetings
