The State of Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs (DMA) is hiring a Lodging Manager (Office Operations Associate) at Volk Field Combat Readiness Training Center. This role provides a variety of support to the Lodging Management Program and requires effective communication with military personnel and the public.

Responsibilities

Provides a wide variety of Lodging Management Program and Scheduling Program support to include billeting/lodging, custodial, and invoicing

Acts as focal point for the above-mentioned program and requires a high degree of program knowledge and independent judgment

Must have the ability to work and communicate effectively with the National Guard Bureau (NGB), visiting military unit personnel, base staff, and the general public

Providing customer service (e.g., providing instructions, answering questions, problem solving, etc.) in a professional or business setting

Must possess or be eligible to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license as a condition of continued employment

DMA will conduct a comprehensive background check

The position requires a Common Access Card (CAC)

All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required Employment Eligibility Form I-9
