Responsibilities

Communicate professionally with adjusters, customers, and colleagues

Build incoming jobs in operation systems timely with accurate information for dispatch services

Establish and maintain a service schedule to ensure all services are delivered to meet client demand within profit margins

Supervise technicians including training and performance management

Assist in scheduling services for operations

Notify customers of service call status, the scope of work, necessary paperwork, and track quality assurance throughout the job itself

Establish and maintain an effective schedule to ensure services are provided in a timely manner

Have a clear understanding and maintain job documentation to guarantee accurate and complete files and electronic notes

Work as a field technician when needed to support fire and water losses

Perform other duties as needed including field work

Perform inspections and manage scope of work on job sites before, during, and after work performed

Execute timely, accurate, and profitable estimates

Promptly respond to all communications related to customer requests, business demand, and job status updates

Ensure that all dispatched jobs are answered in a timely manner

Write and audit estimates

Oversee all job files to ensure approval has been received from insurance companies and customers along with accurately documenting and completing notes
