Responsibilities

Coordinate and track order completion, ensuring shipments meet required timelines
Organize workflow and allocate resources efficiently to maintain productivity
Monitor replenishment to ensure inventory is readily available for pickers
Assign priorities for picking orders, ensuring accuracy and meeting performance goals
Investigate and resolve order discrepancies in collaboration with the Team Lead
Support international order processes and communicate shelf-life concerns with customer service teams
Maintain safety standards and adhere to Good Documentation Practices (GDP)
Operate forklifts when needed and assist in picking and packing orders
Train new team members and provide support where required

Inventory management systemsForklift operationMicrosoft OfficeRF scanning devicesCommunication skillsProblem-solving skillsTeam collaboration

Required

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-driven culture
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience in metrics-driven operations and inventory management systems (JDE, High Jump preferred)
Familiarity with RF scanning devices and warehouse processes

Preferred

Forklift certification preferred but not required
