Responsibilities
Implement lean initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and reduce the cost of goods
Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality
Lead capital projects from proposal to completion, ensuring cost-effectiveness and time delivery
Analyze production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving solutions
Develop and optimize production software and solid models to support engineering needs
Design work cells, tools, and layouts for streamlined production flow and process enhancements
Document progress and outcomes of improvement initiatives and share best practices
Ensure safe manufacturing procedures and maintain compliance with safety standards
Qualification
Required
You have a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field
You have one or more years of experience in a mechanical or manufacturing environment
You have experience in data analytics, 6S, Kaizen activities, lean initiatives, and capital expenditures
You have a strong background in managing projects independently from start to finish
You have the ability to lead initiatives with minimal supervision and deliver results on time
