Responsibilities
Implement predictive models for valuation, depreciation, and financial forecasting
Build production-grade pipelines, features, and model monitoring systems
Collaborate on model training, testing, and deployment across environments
Support data integration for finance, insurance, and mobility datasets
Drive experimentation and long-term scalability of Tradora’s ML systems
Qualification
Required
3–6 years of experience in machine learning engineering or applied data science
Strong skills in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, SQL, and cloud ML tools (AWS/GCP/MLflow)
Solid grounding in forecasting, optimization, or financial modeling
Thrives in early-stage environments — self-directed, resourceful, and creative
Motivated by equity participation and building real, defensible technology
