Operations Manager

They are seeking an Operations Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of critical facilities, driving innovation in service delivery and cost optimization while ensuring exceptional facility experiences for clients.

Responsibilities
Provide strategic direction for efficient operations and maintenance of all facility electrical, mechanical, structural, and life safety systems while conducting planned site inspections to ensure quality service delivery and user satisfaction
Analyze trends and utilize data analytics to proactively address issues, communicate solutions effectively, and interface successfully with client senior management, vendors, and all organizational levels
Develop and implement comprehensive startup plans and schedules, coordinate internal disciplines and vendors, ensure all PTPs and job plans are in place, and secure OAT/FAT certificates and required manufacturer documentation
Monitor work requests, hold vendors accountable for contract scope delivery, continuously improve service quality while reducing costs, and troubleshoot service issues to raise performance standards
Develop positive client relationships, provide conflict resolution and solution analysis, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and resolve quality issues or service complaints promptly
Manage contract compliance and JLL Engineering compliance programs, ensure adherence to applicable codes and specifications, and maintain standards per company policies and federal/state regulations
Prepare detailed operational budgets and generate regular and ad-hoc reports while completing any additional duties and tasks as assigned to support facility operations
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3+ years managing cleaning/custodial, landscaping, solid waste & recycling, and pest control service programs in commercial facility environments
Commercial facilities management background with technical expertise in HVAC and mechanical systems
Demonstrated people management experience leading facility operations teams
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Self-motivated with independent work capability
Financial acumen for budget management
Valid state-issued driver's license required for travel between facilities
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
Frequently climb/bend/kneel/stoop
Work from heights up to 30 feet on ladders
Extend overhead while performing maintenance tasks
Capable of working in adverse conditions including extreme temperatures (hot/cold)
Driving for extended periods between facility locations
Ability to sit and type for extended periods to complete reporting, documentation, and administrative responsibilities
