Responsibilities

Assisting technical teams in scoping and planning test asset needs using a systems engineering approach

Supporting the prioritization of components for test assets based on software delivery milestones, technical risk, and complexity

Aiding in software-hardware integration efforts across the organization during development activities

Helping to coordinate verification test plans

Tracking and helping to drive technical issues to closure within the software organization

Providing the programs and management teams with progress updates

Identifying opportunities for continuous process improvements and supporting their execution

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program at an accredited US university

Experience with Software Development Lifecycle

Preferred

Actively pursuing a degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related field with the intent to return to school following completion of internship

Experience with Systems Engineering principles

Experience with test and validation

Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Experience in Agile and Waterfall development process using Jira and other program management tools

Understanding of hardware/software bring-up of distributed systems, managing project dependencies, and negotiating parallel activities to optimize project execution
