Executive Assistant
SustainableHR PEO & Recruiting is a modern, growing company that values clear communication and organization. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant to manage day-to-day operations, providing support to clients and the internal team.
Responsibilities
Serve as the friendly first point of contact for client emails and phone inquiries
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal scheduling
Support new client onboarding by gathering information and assisting with setup
Maintain organized digital files and internal documentation
Assist with billing support, invoice tracking, and administrative coordination
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to keep everything moving
Provide general administrative and operational support to a growing team
Qualification
Required
Experience in an administrative, office support, or client-facing role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Comfort working with cloud-based tools and remote collaboration platforms
Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Professional, discreet, and dependable
Located in Madison, WI or nearby
