Clinical Customer Success & BD Lead (Part-Time)
Omnicure is a rapidly growing health-tech startup innovating Tele-Critical Care. They are seeking a Clinical Customer Success & Business Development Lead to drive customer outcomes and sustainable growth, managing the full client journey while contributing to strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for assigned hospital and health system partners, from onboarding and activation through ongoing engagement, renewal, and expansion
Lead structured customer onboarding and implementation, ensuring successful clinical integration, workflow adoption, and time-to-value
Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical and operational stakeholders, building trusted relationships
Monitor customer health and success metrics. Conduct regular business reviews and success check-ins to align on performance, outcomes, and future opportunities
Capture and synthesize voice-of-customer insights to inform product enhancements, clinical workflows, and service optimization
Identify, research and outreach expansion/growth opportunities
Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market strategies for new service lines, regions, or customer segments
Build and maintain a growth and expansion pipeline, supporting opportunity scoping, proposal development, and contract discussions as needed
Represent Omnicure externally at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to strengthen relationships, expand brand visibility, and generate qualified leads
Qualification
Required
5+ years (or equivalent experience) in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or Partnerships, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or health-tech
Strong understanding of telemedicine, tele-ICU, and/or acute/critical care workflows, including hospital operations and stakeholder dynamics
Proven ability to build long-term relationships with hospital leadership, clinicians, and cross-functional stakeholders
Experience owning customer outcomes such as onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals, and expansion
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging both clinical and executive audiences
Comfortable with occasional travel and representing the company externally
Preferred
Clinical background or strong familiarity with ICU or inpatient clinical workflows
Experience working with rural hospitals, critical access hospitals, or resource-limited health systems
Knowledge of U.S. telehealth regulations, licensing, and reimbursement environments
Comfort collaborating on technical integrations (EMR interoperability, APIs) or providing product roadmap input
Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment
