Responsibilities
Proactively prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and in-person visits
Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, follow-up, negotiation, and closing
Learn how to tailor outreach and demo strategies to match the unique needs of each prospect
Represent Odoo at events, trade shows, and on-site visits to connect with decision-makers
Collaborate with team members and managers to sharpen your closing techniques
Maintain CRM accuracy to track progress and pipeline movement
Meet and exceed activity goals and sales targets
Qualification
Required
Strong interest in gaining real closing experience and building full-cycle sales skills
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Motivation to learn, grow, and take ownership of your deals
Experience in SaaS or tech sales is a plus, but not required
Preferred
1+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in an SDR/BDR role involving outbound work
Exposure to business software (CRM, ERP, accounting, inventory, POS, etc.)
Experience representing a company at trade shows or events
Collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a growing team
