Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues
Observe and report any suspicious activity, policy violations, or hazards encountered during patrols
Collaborate with site staff and local authorities as needed to address incidents or emergencies
Maintain accurate and timely logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and irregularities
Follow all Allied Universal protocols and guidelines while performing assigned duties at the financial institution location
Qualification
Required
Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree
Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED
Be at least 21 years of age
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
