The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyzing data, and translating findings into actionable insights, while also participating in various agile processes.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for system enhancements or reporting needs
Work closely with developers to design solutions that meet business needs
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and post implementation support
Along with other team members, build, maintain, and prioritize backlog to fulfill product vision
Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning
Prepare internal and external documentation supporting delivered requirements
Qualification
Required
Quick to learn new systems and processes, especially within Salesforce
Comfortable analyzing data and spotting trends or issues
Strong Excel skills, familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
Proactive in suggesting improvements and solving problems
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Preferred
Exposure to working in an Agile environment (e.g., using Jira for sprint management)
Experience with SQL for querying and managing data
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Experience within financial services industry
