Regional Site Supervisor

Responsibilities
Ensure operational excellence while managing comprehensive laboratory support services including stockroom/inventory management, chemical handling, glassware washing, and laboratory maintenance
Guide cross-functional teams to consistently deliver exceptional customer service, while identifying opportunities for service expansion and process improvement
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service level agreements are met, develop and track key performance metrics, and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to customer sites as needed
4+ years of leadership experience managing teams
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Strong organizational, project management, and analytical skills, with high attention to detail and sound decision-making in time-sensitive environments
Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols, GxP/regulatory requirements, SDS documentation, and DOT labeling
Basic chemical knowledge, including safe handling, calculations, and material tracking
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
Customer-focused mindset with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
Strong commitment to safety and compliance in all aspects of work
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, science, or a related field
Advanced degree with at least three years of experience
Bachelor's degree with five years of experience in laboratory services or a related field
