Responsibilities

Write 12 short-form ad scripts per day (15–30s)
8 scripts based on proven inspiration
4 scripts based on live ad account performance data
Write ad briefs and messaging strategy for paid social
Turn what’s already working into scalable iterations
Lead a creative pod including: Video editor, AI prompt engineer, Researchers, Media buyer
Use provided swipeable inspiration, proven frameworks, and AI workflows to maintain speed and quality at scale

Required

Strong foundation in direct-response copywriting and performance marketing
