Responsibilities
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for guidewire policy center and claim center implementations
Configure and customize guidewire policy center and claim center systems to align with client needs
Provide training and support to end-users on the functionality of guidewire systems
Assist in system testing, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues that arise during the implementation phase
Stay updated on the latest features and updates in guidewire policy center and claim center technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in guidewire policy center and claim center configuration and customization
Strong understanding of insurance domain processes and practices
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into guidewire system configurations
Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, and providing user support for guidewire implementations
Associate/ ACE Guidewire certification
