Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reports
Approve accounts payable invoices in approval software
Process voided checks and invoices
Set up wires via the bank’s online platform
Prepare annual budgets and update weekly forecasts
Take on additional assignments as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
5–10 years of accounting experience; experience with a medium-sized publicly traded company is a major plus
