Responsibilities
Perform all duties in a safety-conscious manner, promoting a proactive safety culture
Support project team members in developing and executing the System Implementation Schedule (SIS)
Foster a sense of urgency and accountability within the team
Maintain transparent communication with all project stakeholders
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure timely implementation of SIS activities
Escalate deviations or constraints to Task Force leaders to prevent potential issues
Coach supervisors and managers on implementing maintenance processes effectively
Document processes and create the Maintenance & Production Manual for the plant
Motivate team members to sustain project momentum throughout implementation
Demonstrate commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
1–3 years in a plant maintenance role within heavy industry
Strong communication and presentation skills
Analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience working in and leading teams
Preventive maintenance planning and scheduling
Budgeting and cost management skills
Commitment to following safety protocols and proper use of PPE (including respirators)
Microsoft Office Suite
CMMS experience (Maximo and SAP PM)
Preferred
Maintenance Engineering or related discipline
Experience in management systems, quality systems, or project management
Lean Manufacturing knowledge or training
Project management experience
