Responsibilities
Create and maintain product pages in Shopify (images, descriptions, specifications, inventory)
Manage product collections and bundles
Set up digital products and lead magnets with proper tracking
Optimize YouTube videos (metadata, tags, end screens, playlists)
Schedule and post content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Monitor and respond to comments and community engagement
Support coordination of live stream events
Maintain multiple interconnected databases tracking products, content, campaigns, and community activities
Ensure data accuracy across all platforms
Track promotional campaigns and giveaways
Handle customer inquiries via Gorgias ticketing system
Address shipping questions, product information, and membership support
Manage community spaces and moderate as needed

Required
Exceptional attention to detail and take satisfaction in accurate, organized work
Comfortable learning new platforms and tools quickly
