Oversee and manage full-cycle accounting operations
Supervise accounting staff and ensure proper execution of internal controls
Support audit preparation and participate in monthly and year-end closings
Manage lease agreements and related accounting treatment
Assist with tax reporting, sales filings, and insurance paperwork
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as an Accounting Manager or Interim Accounting Manager
Hospitality or restaurant industry experience is highly preferred
Working knowledge of Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage Intacct
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
