Responsibilities
Assisting with the month-end close process, including journal entries, inventory, WIP reconciliations, and roll forwards
Supporting the monthly cash flow forecast for all capital projects
Coordinating with project managers and property accounting staff to ensure accurate financial reporting
Creating fixed assets and generating transfers to inventory
Providing variance explanations for P&L reporting
Utilizing strong Excel skills to analyze and organize financial data
Qualification
Required
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 2+ years of accounting or finance experience
Construction industry experience (preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
