Responsibilities

Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday

Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond

Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Architect and implement enterprise-level integration solutions, addressing sophisticated business requirements through Workday Studio, EIB, Web Services, and third-party platforms

Focus on Extend and other integrations as needed

Conducting thorough analysis of business challenges and develop comprehensive integration strategies to resolve them

Spearhead client training initiatives through workshops and educational sessions to promote Workday integration best practices

Manage end-to-end integration processes while ensuring cross-functional alignment and risk mitigation

Create functional prototypes to demonstrate various design approaches and clarify integration strategies

Provide expert guidance on industry standards and leading practices

Lead a small team

Required

Current Workday Integration and Studio implementer certifications required - other implementer certifications are a plus

Minimum 4 years of consulting experience with recent leadership responsibilities managing a small team

Extensive hands-on experience (4+ years) implementing Workday integrations

Proven expertise with Workday Studio (4+ years)

Preferred

Experience with Workday Extend platform preferred
