The Production Assistant (PA) will help facilitate the execution of load in, show, and load out for events, while monitoring and assisting with concerts, sporting events, and family shows.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with load in for events
Assist clients with set-up and breakdown of dressing rooms, various ancillary events and activations
Flexible work schedule. Must be able to work some weekends
Perform various administrative support duties that are highly sensitive and confidential
Establish and maintain effective communication with building departments
Manage last minute tasks and changes with little to no direction
Handles all duties with grace, sophistication and professionalism
Ability to learn new tasks quickly and efficiently, and to anticipate needs
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years concert/production experience; similar venue experience a plus
