Paid Media Manager
Happy Camp3r is a fast-growing lifestyle apparel brand focused on comfort and mental health awareness. They are seeking a Paid Media Manager to own and scale their paid acquisition channels, primarily on Meta, while collaborating with creative teams to drive revenue through optimized campaigns.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end paid media strategy across Meta (primary), with potential expansion into TikTok, Google, and other platforms
Build, launch, and manage campaigns focused on acquisition, retargeting, and retention
Set budgets, pacing, and performance targets aligned with company goals
Collaborate with the content team to brief and request ad creative
Develop and manage a structured creative testing roadmap
Analyze creative performance and provide clear feedback on what’s working and why
Monitor KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, AOV, CTR, and conversion rates
Optimize campaigns based on performance data and trends
Create weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Identify new opportunities to scale spend profitably
Test new audiences, formats, hooks, and landing page strategies
Stay up to date on paid media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Work closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams
Align paid media efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns
Coordinate with email/SMS efforts to support full-funnel growth
Qualification
Preferred
5+ years of experience managing paid media for a DTC brand (fashion, lifestyle, or consumer goods preferred)
Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and Pinterest
Proven track record of scaling spend while maintaining or improving efficiency
Experience working closely with creative teams
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing brand environment
Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Klaviyo, and attribution tools
Experience managing 6 figure annual ad budgets
