Providing guidance to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices
Qualification
Required
Experience in title examination, title research, and property analysis
Proficiency in document preparation, title commitment drafting, and problem-solving title issues
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance processes, and related legal regulations
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate and timely processing of documents
Effective written and verbal communication skills for coordination with clients and stakeholders
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and deliver results under deadlines
Preferred
Experience in using title software and other industry-relevant tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in related fields or equivalent work experience preferred
