Required

Candidates will have at least 8 years of experience
Candidates will have primary experience with general corporate and commercial contract law
The ideal candidate will have firm and/or in-house counsel experience handling corporate and transactional matters
Experience with corporate governance matters, mergers & acquisitions, real estate and securities law (1933 and 1934 Act matters)
Candidates must be licensed in the jurisdiction in which they will practice
Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills

Preferred

Experience in trademarks, SAAS Agreements/licensing agreements, or data privacy will also be considered
