Responsibilities
Support the operation and maintenance of plant equipment
Develop and maintain condition-based and preventive maintenance programs
Monitor reliability systems including vibration analysis and condition monitoring
Participate in the creation of preventive maintenance routines and equipment documentation
Analyze equipment performance using root cause analysis and reliability tools
Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase equipment uptime
Prepare and present reports on reliability program performance
Coordinate maintenance activities and system optimization using SAP
Provide technical guidance and training to maintenance teams
Promote adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
0–3 years of relevant experience (including internships or co-op experience)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Project)
Ability to work safely in an industrial environment
Ability to use required personal protective equipment, with reasonable accommodations provided as required by applicable law
Preferred
Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering
Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) certifications
